Low Voltage Driven Photorelays in Tiny Packages

Toshiba Electronics released a family of five new photorelays housed in the smallest package, the S-VSONR4 (2.0mm x 1.45mm).

6N135 High Speed Optocoupler

The 6N135 is a high speed Optocoupler with Transistor output. It can switch at a speed of 1 Mbit/s with Bandwidth of 2MHz.

MOC3041 Zero-Cross TRIAC Driven Optocoupler

The MOC3021 is a Zero-Crossing TRIAC driven Optocoupler. Meaning it has a Infra-red Light Emitting Diode (LED) inside it coupled with a TRIAC. When the LED is triggered the TRIAC is also turned on.  

VOH1016A – 1MBd High Speed Optocoupler with Schmitt-Trigger Functionality

For easy integration with Digital system applications Vishay intertechnology has launched a new series of high speed Optocouplers called VOH1016A. These Optocouplers can operate upto 1MBd and also features an open collector transistor output with Schmitt-Trigger functionality.
