Efinix Launches Ti180 FPGA with Embedded LPDDR4x Memory for High-Speed AI Systems

Efinix has launched a new Titanium Ti180J484D1 FPGA, now featuring 2 GB of embedded LPDDR4x memory. This integrated memory design simplifies PCB layout by removing the need for external memory interfaces, which also reduces pin count, shortens design time, and lowers the risk of errors during development.
Ti180J484D1 can handle large data with high speed as it has increased the number of I/O pins available. It offers 190 high-speed I/O pins, up from 116 in the standard package. This is valuable in applications that need high I/O bandwidth. Best for space-constrained designs as it comes in a compact 15 mm × 15 mm form factor with a fine 0.65 mm ball pitch.
The integrated LPDDR4x memory provides a high bandwidth and easy data handling, which is ideal for systems that run on AI.
