Infineon Technology has introduced a new line of CoolSiC™ MOSFETs with a 2000 V rating in the TO-247PLUS-4-HCC package.

The MP9486 is a high-voltage, step down converter from Monolithic Power Systems. It can deliver up to 1A of continues current. The MP9486 can handle a wide range of input voltage ranging from 4.5V to 100V.
