Each module features a powerful architecture combining a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 application processor with a 128 MHz RISC-V coprocessor, complemented by 2 MB of non-volatile memory and 512 KB of RAM. This robust foundation, coupled with an expanded IO set and multiple pre-certified antennas, ensures developers benefit from the security, compact size, and accelerated time-to-market advantages expected from Ezurio's BL54L line.
A key differentiator of the BL54LM20 Series is the 100% footprint compatibility and shared RF design and certification between the BL54LM20A and BL54LM20B. This allows developers to seamlessly transition from a non-AI design to an AI-enabled variant without requiring a board respin or a new certification cycle.
