RW610FML: Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth® LE Combo Module
The RW610FML is presented as a low-power, high-performance Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth combo module. It supports a comprehensive range of wireless protocols, including IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE). This module is built upon the RW610, a highly integrated, low-power wireless MCU that combines an MCU with both Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth Low Energy radios.
Designed for flexibility, the RW610FML integrates a rich set of peripheral interfaces. This enables versatile design implementations and broad application support, making it suitable for a wide array of connected products within the Internet of Things (IoT) and consumer device sectors.
At its core, the RW610 MCU subsystem features a powerful 260 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor, enhanced with Trustzone™-M for robust security. It is equipped with 1.2 MB of on-chip SRAM and a high-bandwidth Quad SPI interface. A key security differentiator is its on-the-fly decryption engine, which facilitates secure access to off-chip execute-in-place (XIP) flash memory.
