SS54 is a surface mount High Power Schottky Rectifier with a Low voltage drop 0.55V and a high forward current of 5A. This diode has high efficiency and high surge current capability of 150A.

SS34 Schottky Power Diode

SS34 is a surface mount High Power Schottky Rectifier with a Low voltage drop of 0.5V and a high forward current of 3A. This diode has high efficiency and high surge current capability of 100A.

SS14 Schottky Power Diode
