IHLP1212xx51 – Compact Inductors with High Operating Temperature for Computer and Telecom Applications
Vishay Intertechnology has introduced three new IHLP low profile, high current inductors, with high operating temperatures up to +155 °C. These new inductors IHLP-121AZ-51, IHLP-121AB-51, and IHLP-121BZ-51 are available in a compact 1212 case size with 3.3 mm by 3.3 mm 1212 casing and offer extremely low profiles down to 1.0 mm. These devices are optimized for energy storage in DC/DC converters up to 5MHz and provide attenuation of noise in high current filtering applications up to the SRF of the inductor. These devices are designed to be used in desktops, telecoms, and servers, low profile, high current power supplies, and distributed power systems and FPGAs.

These Inductors are packaged in a 100% lead-free shielded and composite construction that reduces buzz to ultra-low levels. They also offer high resistance to the thermal shock, moisture, and mechanical shock, and can handle high transient current spikes without saturation. These are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. Samples and production quantities of the new inductors are available now, with lead times of eight weeks for large orders.
