The GNA-63-5W+ and GNA-252-5W+ GaN MMIC power amplifiers are available through Mini-Circuits. The GNA-63-5W+ covers 10 to 6000 MHz and delivers 6W of RF output power, 35% power-added efficiency and 12 dB flat power gain in a 5×5 mm QFN-style package. The GNA-252-5W+ covers 10 to 2500 MHz and provides 8W output power, 47% power-added efficiency and 13.5 dB power gain in a 4×4 mm QFN-style package. Both models feature broadband matching and are designed for applications ranging from Military Radio Systems to SATCOM.
