Sensirion Launches SEN68 and SEN69C for Comprehensive Indoor Air Quality Monitoring
Sensirion has launched the SEN68 and SEN69C, compact all-in-one air quality sensor modules designed to combine multiple sensing technologies within a novel form factor. These modules are capable of measuring up to ten environmental parameters, including particulate matter (PM), humidity, temperature, volatile organic compounds (VOC), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and formaldehyde (HCHO). The SEN69C offers an additional capability by providing carbon dioxide (CO₂) measurement.
At the core of both the SEN68 and SEN69C is the new SPS6x, a miniaturized MEMS-based particulate matter sensing component. This innovative design facilitates advanced PM sensing in a compact size, providing manufacturers with enhanced flexibility when developing space-constrained air quality solutions. Sensirion also offers the SEK-SEN69C Evaluation Kit, enabling fast and convenient assessment of both the SEN69C and SEN68 modules.
