RECOM presents the RACM30-K/277/OF series, a family of compact open-frame power supplies delivering 30W of continuous power (with peak power reaching up to 36W). These miniature power supplies measure just 76.2 x 38.1 x 23 mm, making them an excellent choice for space-constrained applications.
The RACM30-K/277/OF series is designed to perform in a wide range of environmental conditions, with an operating temperature range spanning from -40°C to +55°C in free air (depending on the specific variant). For applications with higher thermal demands, they can operate at up to +90°C with derating. These power supplies offer remarkable input versatility, accommodating input voltages ranging from 85VAC to 305VAC (equivalent to 120V to 430VDC). This wide input range covers all nominal values up to 277VAC. The series features fully regulated output options, including 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, +/-12V, and +/-15V, all rated as 'limited power source.' Built-in protections ensure the safety of your equipment, with safeguards against short circuits, over-voltage, and over-current scenarios. The series is rated as class II insulation and complies with Over-Voltage Category III (OVC III) and pollution degree 3 (PD3) environments, even at altitudes of up to 5000 meters. these power supplies have comprehensive certifications, covering audio/video and ICT, test equipment, household, industrial, and MOPP medical applications. Isolation is rated at 4kVAC for 1 minute.
