RECOM has launched the RACM06E-K/277, a 6W AC/DC converter in a compact 1” X 1” form factor. The RACM06E-K/277 provides essential protections against over-temperature, output short circuits, and over-voltage situations, ensuring a safe and trouble-free operation over extended periods. This board-mount module operates efficiently over a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C, with a full load rating of up to 60°C, ensuring reliable performance even in extreme conditions.
The RACM06E-K/277 accepts a wide input range from 80-305VAC (120-430VDC), ensuring compatibility with global nominal inputs from 100-277VAC. Output options include 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, or 24VDC, enhancing versatility for various applications.
The RACM06E-K/277 is designed to operate in challenging environments, rated for operation up to 5000m in over-voltage category II (OVCII) environments as per IEC/EN 62368-1, and up to 3000m for OVCIII as per IEC 61558-2-16. Its encapsulated plastic casing ensures durability, with a compact case size of 25.6 x 25.6 x 16.6mm and a weight of just 20 grams.
