The AT24C0 series has 5 chips in its name with different specification named 1A/02/04/08A/16A that provides 1024/2048/4096/8192/16384 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) organized as 128/256/512/1024/2048 words of 8 bits each.

AT24C02 EEPROM - Overview
The MICROCHIP AT24C02 is a 2 kb serial EEPROM that communicates with the host controller using an I2C (2-wire) serial bus interface. It can retain DATA for at least 100 years with more than 1 million of erase and write cycles. The low power and low voltage features make this EEPROM work into many commercial and consumer grade products. The read current is 0.4 mA typically with a 1mA of maximum. It requires 6uA of maximum current during standby condition.
