FPS2800 - Oil Property Sensor for Simultaneous Measuring the Contaminants, Quality, and Condition of Oil
TE Connectivity has introduced the FPS2800 oil property sensor that helps to optimize and ensure longer lifetimes for equipment along with reliability and accuracy. The new device is designed for fluid condition monitoring applications from industrial machinery and compressors to off-road vehicles.
The FPS2800 measures multiple physical properties for sensing the quality, condition, and contaminant of the oil and it can be directly installed on the equipment to determine the correct time to change the oil and to detect system issues that could lead to higher damages.
The FPS2000 is suitable to be used in equipment that requires oil condition monitoring such as off-road vehicles, mining trucks, construction equipment, agriculture vehicles, hydraulic systems, compressors, generator sets, aftermarket, and complete system providers.

- Multi-parametric sensing that measures dynamic viscosity, density, dielectric constant, and temperature for enhanced fluid analysis from a single sensor.
