Carling Technologies, a Littelfuse brand, has launched the R-Series 13 mm DIN rail mount hydraulic-magnetic circuit breaker, providing maximum protection and ease of use. Designed for applications in datacom, telecom, and renewable energy projects, this circuit breaker offers up to four poles and eliminates the need for front panel cutouts or hardware, simplifying DIN rail mounting. It comes with optional rail buttons and a choice of 45 mm or 57 mm mounting panels, optimizing flexibility in various installation scenarios.

Key highlights of the R-Series DIN rail mount circuit breaker include voltage ratings ranging from 80 VDC to 480 VAC, current ratings from 1 to 200 A, and a robust design compliant with MIL-PRF-55629 and MIL-STD-202 specifications. It can withstand up to 100 Gs and operates in a temperature range from -40 ºC to +85 ºC. Safety is a priority with recessed wire-ready terminals that are touch-proof and shock-resistant. The R-Series circuit breaker can be configured with or without multiple agency approvals, including UL 489A, UL 1077, CSA 22.2 No. 235, TUV IEC/EN 60947-2, and CCC GB14048.2, providing added flexibility and assurance for various applications. This product addresses the demand for compact, high-performance circuit protection solutions in space-constrained environments.
