0RQB-C5W24x and 0RQB-C5W54LG Highly Efficient Rugged Isolated DC-DC Converters for Rolling Stock and Trackside Applications
Bel Power Solutions has announced the release of 0RQB-C5W24x and 0RQB-C5W54LG, board mount isolated DC-DC converters that provide up to 162 W of output power from a wide input range. These devices have an output voltage of 24VDC and 54VDC and an input voltage range suitable for 72 V (74 V), 96 V, and 110 V nominal battery voltages. Conformal coated PCB is used for environmental ruggedness in both devices.
The 0RQB-C5W24x provides up to 150 W of output power from a wide input range (66Vin and 110 V typical). The unit is designed to be highly efficient. Standard features include remote on/off, input under-voltage lockout, over current and short circuit protection, and overvoltage protection. The 0RQB-C5W54L provides up to 162 W of output power from a wide input range (72 V, 96 V, and 110 V typical). It is designed to be highly efficient. Remote on/off, input under-voltage lockout, over current and short circuit protection, and overvoltage protection are its key features.
These units are designed to be highly efficient and include reinforced isolation, with a compact footprint of 2.30 x 1.45 x .50 inches (58.42 x 36.83 x 12.70 mm), and RoHS compliant and safety approved to UL/CSA60950-1, 2nd +A2 version, and the Class II, Category 2, Isolated DC-DC Converter Specification (refer to IPC-9592B).
