Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. has today introduced 125 ALS and 126 ALX, two new series of miniature axial aluminum electrolytic capacitors in 10 compact case sizes ranging from 6.5x18mm to 21x38mm. These Low Profle Devices have Operating Temperature to +125˚C and useful Life is upto 10,000 hours. The new low profile and axial lead devices provide better flexibility, reliability, and a longer useful life even in demanding applications in harsh environments. The devices have been designed as polarized aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a non-solid electrolyte, the devices are suitable for smoothing, filtering, and buffering in power supplies for automotive, industrial, and telecommunications applications.

  • Capacitance values from 33 µF to 18,000 µF
  • Rated voltages from 10 V to 63 V
  • High ripple current to 1860 mA
  • Operating Temperatures  up to +125 °C
  • Useful life up to 10,000 hours
