KSC DCT Tactile Switches with Dual-Circuit Technology Optimized for Automotive and Industrial Applications
Littelfuse has announced the release of the KSC DCT Series Tactile Switches, which feature surface-mount technology (SMT) and IP67-rated sealing. The KSC DCT (Dual Circuit Technology) series is built for a wide range of applications, including automotive, industrial, medical, and residential use. These switches are made to provide users with a positive and versatile tactile experience.
These switches provide a single pole double throw (SPDT) feature which offers two outputs and one input from a single tactile switch; this design increases reliability in the switches. KSC DCT tactile switches include three main pins: Common, Normally Closed (NC), and Normally Open (NO). These switches have the dimensions of 6.2 x 6.2 x 5.2 millimeters and switches offer a lifespan of 300,000 life cycles, with an operating force of 4.75N (+/-1.25N) giving optimal functioning.
