Digi-Key Electronics and Power Integrations Teamed Up to Launch the Power Focus Campaign

Digi-Key Electronics has collaborated with Power Integrations to offer the InnoSwitch 3 IC family, as part of its Power Focus campaign. This new InnoSwitch 3 IC family features Power Integrations' internally-developed PowiGaN technology that allows these ICs to achieve 95% efficiency across the full load range and up to 100 W in enclosed adapter implementations without heat sinks. This technology delivers high-impact performance for demanding consumer and industrial applications while simultaneously reducing energy consumption.
