R78HE0.3 - DC-DC Switching Regulator with High Input Voltage
The R-78HE5.0-0.3 is a low cost industrial grade DC-DC switching regulator which is designed in a classic SIP3 3-pin format that can operate on high input voltage up to 72V DC (100V DC Surge). The regulator can give a short circuit protected output of 5V/300mA and capable of operating with a wide temperature range of -40°C up to +105°C without any load deration. It delivers a tightly regulated (+/- 1%) output with low ripple/noise and a higher efficiency of 83% and it is exceptionally reliable with an MTBF(Mean Time Between Failures) of 15 million hours.
