LL4148 Diode Description

A diode is a device which allows current flow through only one direction. That is the current should always flow from the Anode to cathode. LL4148 is a Silicon Epitaxial planar diode with an identification of cathode band, comes in glass package version. It has high conductance and high reliability. The specialty of this diode is its fast recovery time of 8ns to 4ns only at a forward current of 300mA, hence this diode is used in places where extremely fast switching is involved. The main use of this diode is for extreme fast switches. LL4148 is used in various projects like heat monitoring, detecting the state of LED to control another circuit and many other.
